What if the next 90 days could actually be different? Not just another attempt at starting over—but the start of something that lasts.

Let’s Be Honest: Starting (or Restarting) Fitness is Hard
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or getting back after a long break, walking into a gym for the first time in months—or years—can feel really intimidating.
Maybe you’ve said, “I’ll start Monday,” more times than you can count.
Maybe you’ve tried different programs before, only to lose steam after a few weeks.
Or maybe you’ve just felt stuck… like you’re constantly starting over.
You’re not lazy. You’re not unmotivated. And you’re definitely not alone.
At The Well, we see it all the time—good people with good intentions, caught in a cycle of stop-and-start. Life gets busy. Routines get thrown off. It’s easy to lose momentum, and even easier to lose confidence.
That’s why we built something different.
Our First 90 Days program is designed to guide you—not overwhelm you. It’s not a bootcamp. It’s not a “get shredded in 6 weeks” challenge. It’s a step-by-step system that meets you where you are, gives you the support you actually need, and helps you finally create lasting momentum.
In these first three months, we take the pressure off and put the focus on you: your body, your goals, your schedule, your life. We walk with you from day one—and give you the tools, coaching, and community to keep going long after the initial motivation wears off.
So, what does that look like in real life?
Let’s walk through each phase of the journey.
Phase 1: The Consult – Let’s Just Talk
We know walking into a gym for the first time (or the first time in a long time) can feel intimidating. So, we don’t start with a workout. We start with a conversation.
This first step is a no-sweat intro. No pressure. No judgment. Just a chance to talk openly about:
- What your goals are
- What your routine looks like now (or what it used to be)
- Past experiences—good or bad
- Any injuries, life stress, or other barriers
- What you actually want from a gym or coach
We’re not here to sell you. We’re here to listen.
“The most basic of all human needs is the need to understand and be understood.”
— Ralph G. Nichols
That’s why this first meeting matters so much. Before we can help you move better or get stronger, we want to understand what’s been holding you back—and what matters most to you.
Phase 2: Kickstart Sessions – Your Personal Starting Point
After the consultation, we set you up with three 1-on-1 personal training sessions. Think of these as your launch pad.
These aren’t meant to crush you. They’re meant to prepare and empower you.
During these sessions, we’ll walk you through:
- A full movement screen
- Mobility work and strength training basics
- Core control and stability
- Personalized modifications for anything your body needs
- Optional body composition tracking
This is where you start building real confidence—because you’ll learn how to move safely, get stronger, and feel more in control of your body.
Whether you’re completely new to this or just need a fresh start, these sessions bridge the gap between “I don’t know what I’m doing” and “Hey, I’ve got this.”
Phase 3: Group Classes – Where Coaching Meets Community
Once your foundation is set, you’ll move into our group training classes—and no, they’re nothing like the packed, impersonal bootcamps you might be picturing.
Here’s what makes The Well’s classes different:
- They’re scaled to your level – so you’re always working at your own pace
- They’re coached from start to finish – no more guessing if your form is right
- They’re full of friendly, welcoming people – because community matters
- They’re intentional – each workout builds on the last
You can come 2x per week or every day—it’s up to you. But no matter how often you show up, you’ll feel seen, supported, and never like just a number.
“Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.”
— Jim Ryun
These classes help you build that habit. Not by pushing you to your limit every time, but by helping you create consistency—step by step.
Phase 4: Monthly Check-Ins – Keep Growing, Stay Aligned
Here’s where most programs drop the ball: after a few weeks, life happens. Work gets busy. You lose a little steam. And without realizing it, you start to drift.
That’s why we schedule a 1-on-1 check-in with your coach every 30 days during your first 90.
It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and adjust. We’ll talk about:
- How you’re feeling—physically, mentally, and emotionally
- What’s working for you and what’s not
- Any shifts in your life that might affect your workouts
- Tweaks we can make to keep you moving forward
These check-ins are like little anchor points—keeping you grounded when life tries to pull you off track.
Why This System Works (When So Many Others Don’t)
If you’ve ever felt like you start strong but can’t stick with it, you’re not broken. You’re human.
Most programs expect too much, too soon—and then blame you when it doesn’t work out. But the truth is, lasting change doesn’t happen with willpower alone. You need structure. You need a plan. And you need people who care.
At The Well:
- We coach you every step of the way
- We listen first, so your plan is tailored to you
- We walk with you through the hard days and the setbacks
- We help you build habits that actually stick
This isn’t a 90-day challenge. This is the foundation of something real.
“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”
— James Clear, Atomic Habits
And this 90-day system? It’s a good one. One you can trust. One that helps you rise.
This Time, It Can Be Different
If you’ve been stuck in that “start strong, fall off, repeat” cycle…

Let us walk with you for 90 days—and help you build something that lasts for the rest of your life.
