Year 4 Recap: People & Programs at The Well

As The Well wraps up Year 4, I can’t help but reflect on just how pivotal this year has been. If the first three years were about building, Year 4 was about stepping fully into who we are—both as a gym and as a community.

If I had to describe this past year in just two words, they would be: People and Programs.


The People Who Make It Possible

At the heart of The Well are our people. Our community wouldn’t be what it is without the coaches who show up every week to guide, encourage, and inspire. We have five amazing coaches on staff (listed here in alphabetical order 😊), and each of them brings something unique and powerful to the table.

  • Alicia – A hardworking, busy mom of three who connects with so many of our members. Whether she’s coaching or taking class, she brings energy, cheers others on, and leads with the heart of a true change-maker.
  • Diana – A powerhouse of kindness and living proof that age is just a number. Her life is an example of what’s possible with strength and longevity, and she inspires everyone she meets.
  • Gabe – One of the most caring and compassionate people I know. He listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and coaches from the heart. Gabe creates a safe, uplifting space where people can grow and thrive.
  • Kat – Steadfast, organized, and values-driven. Kat leads with authenticity and inspires others to do the same. She’ll push you methodically through a workout, but also give you grace when you need it most.
  • Reilly – A high achiever who balances passion with groundedness. She’s an athlete, a master’s student, and a great friend. Reilly brings laughter, energy, and even some country music into the mix. 🎶

Beyond our main staff, we also rely on our Bench Coaches—members and former members who’ve been trained to our standards. They embody the kindness and passion we require to lead at The Well. These individuals step in when needed, ensuring that our classes stay consistent, reliable, and high-quality.

Together, this coaching team is the heartbeat of The Well.


The Programs That Define Us

In Year 4, we solidified what we do best by focusing on four core programs. Each one is designed with a purpose: to meet specific people where they are and help them solve specific problems.

  • Group Training – High-energy classes that use the Level Method to tailor workouts to each individual. Perfect for people who thrive on community, connection, and encouragement.
  • Personal Training – One-on-one coaching that provides individualized attention. Whether you’re coming back from injury, chasing a specific goal, or just need a high level of accountability, PT is flexible and focused.
  • Small Group PT – A 4-to-1 athlete-to-coach ratio that offers the best of both worlds: the connection of group training with the precision of personal coaching.
  • Healthy Habits Coaching – Practical, non-overwhelming accountability outside the gym. Built for busy people, this program helps you gain momentum in everyday habits that support long-term health.

These programs became the backbone of our year, ensuring that no matter who walked through our doors, there was a clear path forward for them.


Finding Our Path

Looking back, Year 4 was the year we leaned into ourselves. We clarified who we are, the values we live by, and how we want to serve. We strengthened our foundation and finished building the framework we’d been laying since day one.

Now, with four years behind us, we’re more ready than ever for what comes next. Year 5 is already shaping up to be our biggest yet, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
