Over 5 weeks, we’ll help you clean up your lifestyle, refocus your energy, and build momentum for a stronger, healthier you. The habits are simple but powerful:

These habits aren’t easy, especially at first. The first few days without sugar or alcohol will be tough. But you won’t be doing it alone. Together, we’ll leverage the power of the group for accountability and motivation.

You’ll have the support of The Well’s coaching team and a peer group committed to the same habits.

Record your success every day with a simple tracking sheet you can post at home—on the fridge, your mirror, or wherever keeps you focused.
