Please fill out the form below to request a membership pause. Submitting this form does not automatically pause your membership. All requests are reviewed and confirmed by our team.
Membership Pause Policy
As a reminder:
- Memberships may be paused one time per calendar year
- Pauses must be for a minimum of 14 days
- A return date is required to process the pause
If you decide to cancel your membership while on pause, our standard cancellation policy still applies.
Cancellations submitted within 14 days of your next billing date will be charged for the following 14 days, but not beyond that.

As your coaches, our goal is always to help you maintain momentum. If your schedule or routine has changed, a member of our team may reach out to explore options that keep you moving forward, even at a reduced pace.
