How the Adaptive Fitness Program Works

Step 1: Discovery & Assessment

Start with a free Discovery Meeting. We’ll talk about your goals, movement history, and needs. You’ll complete a movement screen designed specifically for your abilities.

Step 2: Custom Program Plan

After your assessment, we’ll design a tailored plan that fits your goals and preferences. Workouts are safe, engaging, and often include game-style drills that make exercise fun.

Step 3: Training & Education

Each session focuses on posture, balance, coordination, strength, and mobility. Between workouts, we’ll provide resources on nutrition, sleep, and stress management to support your progress.

Step 4: Progress Tracking

We’ll measure improvements in movement quality, balance, and confidence over time. If something isn’t working, we adjust the plan. Adaptive fitness is about adapting together.
