Founder’s Story
Sam started coaching in 2018, but his love for fitness started long before that through hockey and wrestling.
Sports taught him how powerful training could be, not just for performance, but for how someone feels about themselves.
His coaching journey began when friends and family started asking him to write fitness programs for them. What started as helping people with workouts quickly turned into something bigger.
Sam fell in love with helping people feel confident in the gym again, and more importantly, confident in life again.
One lesson that has always stuck with him came from a mentor who told him, “People may not always remember what you say, but they will always remember how you made them feel.”
That idea shapes the way Sam coaches today.
He leads with empathy, connects with people easily, and works hard to create an environment where people feel supported, capable, and heard.
Sam especially loves helping busy parents and grandparents rebuild strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that fits real life.
As a coach, he believes in kindness, clear expectations, and meeting people where they are while still helping them move forward.
Outside of the gym, Sam loves building LEGOs because it makes him feel like a kid again.

Our facility is equipped with Rogue barbells, Concept2 rowers, and a variety of bikes to enhance your training experience. We also offer a comprehensive range of kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and plates, alongside specialized equipment such as lat pull-down and leg extension machines, reverse hypers, and hamstring curl machines for targeted workouts.
Strength Equipment – Our training areas are outfitted with trusted gear like Rogue racks, Rogue barbells, Concept2 rowers, and Assault Bikes.
Mobility & Recovery Tools – You’ll find foam rollers, resistance bands, massage tools, and stretch stations to help you recover faster and stay injury-free.
Functional & Cardio Equipment – From turf space to sleds, battle ropes, and plyo boxes, you’ll have everything you need to challenge yourself and keep training interesting.

We boast dedicated areas for personal training and group classes, along with specialized turf sections for sled pushes and dynamic workouts.
